Good location if you are visiting Athens and want to stay away from the crowd. Good bus and tram connections to Athens. Free private parking in front of the hotel. Excellent sea view from the room.
Must keep your balcony door closed, otherwise gets very noisy from the street below. Not much variety in breakfast meals.

The place is excellent you see the whole sea , nice view , the place is safe and the people are very polite. The room is big and all in there is excellent.
Because the hotel is in the avenue the sound of cars some times is annoying, but if you close the door of the balcony there is no problem. The sound of the air condition is annoying.

The staff was attentive. The location was perfect, being just a short stroll to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view from the balcony.
Noisy road nearby.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for Athens airport. Express buses stop outside in both directions. The hotel is all right for a short stay (I was there for 1 night) but I wouldn't like to stay for a longer period. The room was clean and the decoration reasonable. Towels etc. were provided and there was plenty of hot water. The selection for breakfast was ok.
The general area around the hotel is not very well maintained and a busy dual carriageway runs past the front of the hotel, creating a lot of noise and dust. I rate the attitude of the staff as neutral and I did not like being told that they preferred to be paid in cash. They did not actually refuse to accept my credit card, but I felt a certain amount of pressure not to use it, so I gave them the cash.

We loved the sea view, room interior, tv, friendly and helpful staff and the location (away from city, but not too far away). Also, there is a lovely hidden town, Voula town, right behind the hotel which we found randomly, it has plenty of restaurants, cafes, delis, a few shops, kiosks, taxis and bus transport to Athens city center. You can also get a metro to Athens which is across the road from the hotel and then 5 minutes walk towards the Athens direction. When travelling to and from the airport, there is an airport bus, x96, right across from the hotel which costs only 3.50euro and is much cheaper and faster than taking a taxi. The hotel is close to Vouliagmeni (south) which hosts an amazing coastline and magnificent scenery.
The food for breakfast was good but could have been a little better. The coffee was amazing though.

Would stay here again.
The Standard Triple Room was comfy and loaded with amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a tv. The staff were real gems, offering water in the fridge. The location's awesome, just a quick walk to the beach. Spa facilities were a nice touch.

Convenient one night location for our travel plans, excellent value and comfortable rooms. Some traffic noise from main road but did not bother us with window closed. Sea view nice bonus.

good location for a transit hotel. On our way back from vacation on the islands stayed in the hotel for 1 night. Municipal beach, crosswalk and bus stop (to the airport) right in front of the hotel. 24-hours hotel bar. satisfactory breakfast. all rooms have a sea-view. Close to the airport (30-40 minutes by bus) recommendations: hotel is god for a short transit stay, if going to the Athens airport and having a need to make a stop on the seashore.
hotel is built in a very noisy street, can't open the window because of the noise air-conditioning was not working properly, couldn't switch the mode no cafes or shops nearby no private beach, no sun loungers or umbrellas, just a changing room fuggy room didn't manage to find Internet

The location was perfect for our family vacation! Just a quick stroll to the beach, where we enjoyed some quality sun time. The staff was attentive, and we were grateful for the mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks chilled during the hot days.
For dads, it would be great if the shower was larger.
